JUNIOR ACCOUNT Posted by : jamu ratu | Dec 26, 2017       ( 0 ) Jamu Ratu Malaya carries out a cosmetic and health food business and we want inviting qualified people to join us as Junior Accounts. Role of Junior Account is to plan and manage the company's accounting and financial activities in order to be more smooth, safe and secure functioning of the company. . RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Key-in sales of company in MYOB 2. Responsible to bank-in sales according specific routine 3. Responsible for issue invoicing to the customer (Stockist & Dealer) 4. Responsible in preparing cheque according as instructed 5. Submit cheque for approval at superior before sent to management 6. Responsible to prepare creditors ledger and payment advice 7. Responsible to prepare yearly sales report 8. Responsible to make sure all documentation are filed properly . REQUIREMENT: 1. At least diploma or equivalent in accounting or related studies 2. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply 3. Great attention detail 4. Excellent organizing abilities 5. Good personality and attitude 6. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and relevant computer software (e.g MYOB) 7. Able to start work immediately
