Position : Procurement Assistance Location : Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Department : Finance/HR Admin Start Date : 17 September 2018 Working Hours & Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm Day : Monday to Friday Major(s) Requested : Finance & Procurement No of Opening : 1 Salary : RM1,500.00/month
Job Description ? Prepare Purchase Order and email /send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. ? Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. ? Respond/follow up to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. ? Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. ? Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary. ? Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. ? Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. ? Compile Invoices for make a payment to appropriate accounts. ? Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and those goods meet specifications. ? Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy. ? Prepare payment. ? Perform buying duties when necessary ? Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes. ? Issue cheques to supplier or any payment purpose. Applicant Procedure
